Fixed and Rotary Wing transport of critical and specialized care patients
Our Fellowship provides training in Flight Physiology for fixed and rotary aircraft. Fellows have exposure to rotary with our busiest Helicopter Emergency Medical System (HEMS) in New Jersey,
Our Fixed Wing exposure is second to none. We have contracts with three large Air Medical Transport companies with multiple international and domestic destinations. Fellows will have a wide variety of transport aircraft, including commercial airlines, LearJets, and G4 planes for long distance transport. Destinations, to name a few, have been all over the Continental US, Mexico, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel, France, Japan, Canada, the Caribbean, and the UK.
Additionally, our flight team has gone on medical missions to countries hit by natural disasters, and we have transported in medications, supplies, and resources as needed.
